The return of Mac  And her Gremlin.

I am going to try this again,I hope it gets to the right place as I tried before but it must of gone off into some place on here, that I am still looking for .wouldn’t be first time I got lost on Robs site if people have read my blogs before I often describe my idea of senior chatters hallways where people wander around looking for the right door to enter.Spending there time looking at others through the window, enjoying themselves.

It’s been awhile since I really spent much time on here, but the time I did I always enjoyed it, so giving it another go and trying out the new looks of this place.Sorry Rob still finding it difficult on my gremlin IPad but am sure I’ll get somewhere in the end. These days all things are different and we approach life in a different way. This VIRIUS has us all locked up inside, well I been locked up for years now as I am bed bound.I laughed the other day my brother in law rang me from Alice Springs in middle of Australia saying that I could now teach everyone how to be locked up as I had been doing it for ages. I know it’s hard for some and missing their families is the hardest part for most of us.Things have strange ways of working themselves out so I hope the world comes out of it a better place.I just finished watching “phantom of the opera”which I always dreamed of going to see the live play ,but had excepted I would never get to see it now, but thanks to the VIRIUS and Andrew Loyd Webber putting it on I got to spend two hours of pure joy loved every minute of it, so some good can still come When you least expect it to.

I don’t know what the world is going to be like in six months time.I think as humans we can make a difference to the way it ends up being like by caring for others and doing what is the right thing, and ataying  at  home.Come on here have some fun with Robs new site ,I might meet you looking in a window in one of those hallways, never know your good luck, Stay Safe love Mac

  1. You have successfully wondered down the right corridor. I mainly use a iPad to negotiate this site so if you need any tips or tricks give me a shout. We may get lost together but I generally find the way in the end. Thanks for having me as a connection/friend.

  2. Mac, I see you’re a lover of musicals that is great so am I. Phantom of the Opera is not one that I have seen live, but I do adore live productions. Have you seen the Lion King live production, if you ever do your expectations for live productions with be raised considerably. Mac you and I are not connected but that is an easy remedy if you ever want to chat musicals I adore them.

  3. Mac, So nice to see you back in Senior Chatters. I have seen Phantom of the Opera on Stage out in San Francisco and here at the Hippidrome Theater where Broadway shows come to perform in Baltimore. MD. I have also seen the movie version of the play and Phantom is still playing on Broadway but now since the Corona Virus has closed up Broadway well was able to watch some Broadway shows on TV here free and so glad you got to watch Phantom of the Opera as that is my favorite Andrew Loyd Weber play. I have the music on CD which I love to listen to. Enjoyed reading your blog and do look forward to you writing more.

  4. Mac, I liked your blog and glad you got to see “The Hunchback Of Notre Dame”. There are offerings of entertainment on various channels. I did see a live performance of an off broad way production of the Hunchback… and it was wonderful. I am sorry you are housebound and you sound wise and sensible, so I hope you keep writing.
