Fatigue, Sex and Retired from Life

I was googling and I read that two causes of FATIGUE were being unmotivated and low sex drive. My unmarried and not dating woman friend has been complaining with every breath for the last 25 years and I told her this and she laughed and took it as I hoped. I wonder which comes first, as in the chicken or the egg. Well, we all need new goals and we can not retire from life and expect to feel peppy and energetic. I am not young and I get tired before I get finished everyday, but I am dating and I am working on better diet and work and exercise decisions. It is a struggle to keep moving and believing that anything is worth the effort. Surprising and amazing, the sex drive seems to have been sleeping for most of my life and is now awake. I don’t know if I need any of this and I can hear a lot of the rest of you saying the same thing, but maybe the energy is also buried with the sex drive. When we choose one, we may choose both. I share this to benefit any who is retiring from life too soon.

      1. My thoughts Rose are leading back to Sigmund Freud who is the
founder or pioneer of the psychoanalysis. He is world wide known as
the influentially deep thinker in the field of psychology.

    1. I’ll try to lose weight and get into the fresh air more. Maybe the sex should be classified and I choose to break a taboo. Since I am a humanist, I study and try to participate in all things that are human and try to share knowledge to enhance the human condition.
