Late diagnosis of chronic illness
Had to flag up again. Found it initially slow but audio book makes it easy to hang in there. I learned loads re having parents with historical trauma and how their coping mechanisms are past on. But the late diagnosis of Hypothyroidism is so thought provoking. Not finished yet but wanted to recommend. Initially recommended by @Wiz 🙏

Well Wilson is limping on his ‘bionic leg’. He has 17 stainless steel pins in it. Y fracture of his front right elbow. 3 years with no problems. He was not weight bearing. Now he is. I now have a name for it. Link to a BBC report that I found equally interesting and terrifying. Not least because I did not understand about 80% of it. I think Im glad the world has left me behind.

Wrens snuggle for warmth
Just love it thats these solitary territorial tiny little birds snuggle together in winter to keep warm. Over 60 in a single nest record sighting. Also love that the cashier told me this when I bought my coffee mug.

@tjay I tried it. Thought it would be handy for work and home. Gave it a good go. To much incorrect information. Went back to google. I dont use it for every day things. Otherwise I would never think for myself 🙂
