I love the new Senior Chatters home page. I love everything about it. I can see it on my screen with the bright orange strips and then I can see everything I need to know. I guess asking the opinion of members really makes a difference. Whatever it is , thanks to all who make this site different and better than all the rest.

It’s a nice blog that you wrote, Rose, and I do agree with you.. this site really is the best. Many thanks to Rob, who continues to be a presence on site every day, sometimes all day long, doing anything he can to help, and he works hard improve and upgrade in any area that may benefit our members.

Hi Rosie, thanks for your comments. I’m glad you’re liking the changes we’re making to SC. To answer your question… bad news always sells better than good news. Sad but true. Point in case, a recent email campaign was split-tested with exactly the same content. The only difference between the emails was the subject line. One read “Good News” the other read “Bad News”. Guess which one had the most open rates – by a long way?
