Kentucky Derby Party, Attire and Hats

I am invited to a very fancy Kentucky Derby Party and I am so excited. I just want the experience once and I don’t care if I ever go again. The attire is Business casual or Derby attire and Derby attire is Big hats and pretty dresses. What is it about a party that gets me thinking I need to get something new? Derby is a BIG deal in Louisville Kentucky and it is a school holiday. A woman needs to gussy up and take some pics and to feel real elegant every so often; doesn’t she? Can I pull it together one more time?
