Hello

I’m here – hopefully – to establish some contacts with like- minded people for chat or discussion about things I enjoy. I’m something of a butterfly and flutter from one creative thing to another without perhaps mastering any. Be that as it may, I’m something of an ageing hippy, but don’t read too much into that stereotype. I paint, but even at this late stage in my existence I still haven’t found a particular style. Among my favourite artists are Chagall, Kandinsky and Grayson Perry. I also love music across all genres from classical to blues, jazz,  folk and rock. I play guitar and piano to a not very high standard….I also love reading; history, philosophy, photography, gardening and ceramics.
