COMPLAINTS!!!
Well here we go again, you try to do something for this site, and you just get complaints. Of course stories reappear, There are very few new one’s to be had.There used to be around four people all posting blogs , twenty years ago when I joined this site, many were the same posted over, and over, Members never complained then, after all you can just pass them by and not read them instead of being sarcastic about it.
I guess this is too easy an option for some people, well just to say, if you do not want the blogs, I can leave them alone. I have other things I can do with my time.I only did this to help the site as it is not busy like it used to be. The choice is yours.

I agree with Deaks’ comment — we are all adults on this site == at least we should be at 50 plus!
People’s sense of humour varies — some have no sense of humour at all. If you do not like something – then ignore it. Or perhaps contribute something!
Thank you goldengirl1224,we did use to have lots of people who used to do blogs, and we all did try to do different things, not as easy as some people may think. This was the very first site I ever joined, and I was really happy here.You are right we are all adults and we will never please everyone.Thanks again.
One can only hope that we as humans could band together to make a place nicer to visit. And to apprectiate the effort members put in and take the time out of their day, to contribute anything on the site, Blogs, groups etc I apprectiate it all and thank you all.

There are those that live with the goal of making others unhappy. In knowing this, we should ignore those individuals. And continue to contribute to those whose appreciation is shown in kind deeds and words.

It would seem that I’m villain of the moment here and , as in every aspect on our site , folks are totally entitled to that opinion. I’d like to point out though , that when I made a comment regarding the privious blog I was referring to the content which I found rather crude and undeserving of prime position on our homepage. It was certainly not ment to be sarcastic.
Well Tania you know my thoughts mirror the rest of the positive comments……while ever you enjoy writing the blogs continue to do so…….luckily there are very few negative responses…….

I enjoy your blogs Tania, we say ignore the cutting comments, easy to say but not as easy to do. I understand the time you have given to put up the blogs, especially as you were asked to return and add interest to the site. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, I like the saying if you cant say something nice don’t say anything. Keep on Tania, I enjoy reading blogs first up when coming online to site.
Thank you 5mintbreak, I may have said before that my father always taught us that if we had nothing good to say to say nothing, so you see I never say anything.I will post more blogs.
On the home page it does say “When you have read the blog please leave a comment” I believe that Rob put that there. I didn’t realise that it was only “well done” that was allowed when the person has managed to cut and paste a story from another site. I apologise for having an opinion about what a blog should be.

In contrast to Catlady and Scorpio, I commend you Ms. Tania. Regardless of the origin of any post here, the point, in my opinion, is to present examples or experiences that might very well help the community or fellow chatting persons during this trip that we call life. As a newbie, I find that your work Ms. Tania helps me to realize things from many different perspectives. Sadly though, Ms. Catlady mentioned Cut and Paste, the internet does not present a cut, paste, del function for people´s comments. Interesting idea to research…

I never knew how to Cut and Paste when I first joined S.C. many people sent me blogs to be posted, and it sometimes took ages to two finger type some of them in.Sadly some of the bloggers have now , and I am just trying to keep this alive.I appreciate yours and others comments, I take into mind all that is said, but if I have nothing good to say I just by pass the comment….Thank you once again.

laughing I have to tell you that you are not alone. I too learned to 2 finger type. Hunt and Peck as it was known in college. Much later I had a very dear lady friend who made a career typing for oil/gas company execs. She easily mastered 90-100 WPM at on errors and never batted an eye. Myself, I am lucky to be able to stay up with the chatroom scrolling and typo plenty. If the piece is worthy enough for your time then 2 finger away…
