Can anyone tell me why a member is allowed to come in to chat and call SC a shite site……..and to continually be abusive and downright aggressive towards other chatters……….now my way of looking at this, is that this guy must have mental health issues……its the only reason i can come up with why he spends good money on what he classes as a shite site…….just my thoughts

Starlette, there are tools in place to assist members who witness abusive and inappropriate behavior in the chat room, private chat, or elsewhere on site. …On the home page, there are links to report members and incidents.
If there is a member in the chat room who is displaying inappropriate behavior, please alert an Admin or Monitor if they are nearby.. or report through the links I mention below…and an Admin will be on site as soon as possible to assist. It’s important for reporting members to copy the portion of the chat room transcript, or private chat conversation, and paste it in the report. If that’s not possible, note as many facts as possible, the name of member, the time the incident(s) occurred, etc., so that Admin can investigate further.
Look just below the “Membership Status” on the Home page.. upper right corner… and you will find the list of Administrators and Monitors on site.. “Meet the Team” .. contact one of us who may be nearby at the moment, to assist. …Or you can report through other links that Rob has provided… “Report a Member” or “Scammer Watch”. We strive to keep this a pleasant chat site for everyone.
Kate i’m glad you brought this up. I’ve had some funny messages from people and reported them to scammer watch. But I never heard back from them to let me know it has been sorted. Does this mean that you don’t get back to people.
It’s not the end of the world if you don’t. I just wondered.
Thanks for your reports, Blinker. They are received by all Admins and checked. We don’t always send messages back to those who report, but your help and information are extremely appreciated and thoroughly investigated. ..Thank you to everyone, who help to keep this a safe and pleasant site.

Flowersun this problem of yours seems to be taking forever to sort out and i feel for you……..but if you have the cameras in place and can obtain some visual proof then it shouldn’t drag on for too much longer…………….have to stand up for what is right………if not the bullies win……….xx
Amen to that,….the police told me with out proof there is little they can do,..so that is why I had cctv installed,…..the b….rd knows he is on cctv,and has been a good boy,….what a length I had to go,so not right,cost me £500,but I must say I do feel safe now,…so money well spent,”I hope”!!!!.lol,xxx

Michael, most of the people in chatters are lovely welcoming people your English would be understood……….and may i say power to your elbow for bothering to learn it……………….as i told you before my late husband was German, and i can tell you my knowledge of the German language was very limited…….but i did know how to say the words that mattered………Ich liebe dich……….got me what i wanted….lol xxx

Very, very nicely said starlette but in fact I’ve tryes to chat for several time and it turned out always the same. People from Australia, US, CN, or somewhere else in the world speak the Language, but variously. So I got the impression english is far more difficult to german.
For the moment I’ll have to stay on reading and writing and perhaps I’ll visit
England for the first time and have a stay for a couple of weeks I am in the
position to chat.
