Until There Was You
Until there was a moment like this
When two hearts beat as one
There was no way for me to show
The magic that you’ve done
Until there was a promise made
That two could share together
There was no way that we could love
And know it t’was forever
Until there was a living trust
That hope could nurture there
No tree of happiness could grow
Despite our many prayers
But God smiled down upon us, dear
As we struggled and we grew
I never knew He answered prayers
Until there was a YOU
