Traveling, Northeast USA and Quebec

I am writing about my travels. The blogs have been slow for a while. I have been in Vermont, Maine, and Quebec, mostly. Vermont is known for natural beauty and maple syrup and Maine is cold, on the coast and has Kennebunkport which is a resort town on the coast and a river and awesomely beautiful; and home to George Bush, a past president. The weather has been splendid, the sights amazing and I have had fun shopping for a few local treasures.
I am now in Quebec City, Canada, an awesome and grand Fench city. Everyone should see Quebec if they can. The shops are filled with wonderful things that are unique and not seen where I live. I don’t need real warm hats where I now live but if I did, I would buy one and be hugely warm and stylish. The art and architecture is so impressive. The US tried to capture Quebec a couple of times, and I am glad they did not. I want Quebec to stay the way it is. I love it.
I never expected to see so many wonderful sights and things. The people are friendly and helpful. I could just stay a while longer, but will be moving on to Montreal and getting closer home. Travel, gives me so many ideas and recharges my battery.

  1. Thank you Rose for sharing the impressions you gain on your journey.
Yours sayings make me a bit jealous but nevertheless your reports on what you see and where you are compensate the fact I’m not sharing that trip with you. Looking forward to hearing more of it; Michael
