Things you can learn from your dog.

l. When loved ones come home, always run to greet them.

2. Allow the experience of fresh air and the wind in your face to be pure ecstasy.

3. Let others know when they’re invading your territory.

4. Take naps and stretch before rising.

5. Run, romp, and play daily.

6. On hot days, drink lots of water and lie under a shady tree.

7. When you’re happy, dance around and wag your entire body.

8. No matter how often you’re scolded, don’t buy into the guilt thing and pout. Instead, run right out and make new friends.

9. Delight in the simple joy of a long walk.

10. Eat with gusto and enthusiasm. Stop when you’ve had enough.

ll. Be loyal.

12. Never pretend to be something you’re not.

13. If what you want lies buried, dig until you find it.

  2. ive always had dogs pollypie and bin involved one or another with them since 1964..trainin breedin and also worked in vetnary care for a while…i also owned and ran my own dog trainin school and kennels and cattery for nearly 30 years and i have learnt more from dogs then i ever had from a human…one thing they do do is…they are the only thing on earth that love ‘you’ more than themselves…which is more than can be said for some of us humans eh!!!!!! 🙂 🙂
