The Universe Answers

I have been doing a lot of soul searching these last few weeks. Did I come on too strong, too fast? God knows I have the tendancy to do that when I feel passionate about something. And that causes a passionate meleè. With no answers or solutions. So I turned within, seeking some sort of answer. What I found was not what I had been expecting.

The Universe. Plain and simple. It asks no questions nor demands any answers. It seeks no validation from anyone. It simply continues to grow and thrive as it has always done. Scientists have marveled, debated, and theorized over its properties for centuries. Yet very little has ever been proven.

We are similar. We each hold our truths, even though they may not be provable to anyone else. No two people will find the same exact solution to any given problem. Our faith and beliefs are as varied as our individualities. I hereby offer my humble apologies to any I may have offended. May each continue to grow and thrive on their own paths.

Love, Jackie xxxx

  1. Jackiestone… please don’t apologize for saying what you believe. We need more of that, not less! We’re all becoming quiet little lambs with all of this conformity nonsense and political correctness…

I think if we each think for ourselves and say what we mean, we’ll eventually find out that basic truths still exist and those are the things that really matter most. Being true to yourself and feeling strongly about something is vital… it’s the difference between living and merely existing.

  2. I agree Chalk. I think it’s very considerate to worry about offending others, but I think our society is too easily offended by someone stating their opinion. We are all entitled to ours and shouldn’t have to apologize for having one, only for intentionally or unintentionally hurting someone. It’s what makes life interesting I think, our diversity and passion. And Passy, I think that was offensive what u said to chalk… he likes to think he’s the best writer, so why don’t we just let him believe that? lol

  3. An opinion is just that. Don’t be offended by opinions. If you disagree then calm, rational argument is the answer. Not outrage.

You have nothing to apologize for Jackie

  4. Jackie so refreshing to see someone who is herself, sometimes we can be misunderstood, laughed at, critisized, and doubted, never change to please another, ,your opinions matter. keep spreading the love, calm, quiet discussion and debate is a wonderful trait, and differences in peoples attitudes are as different as chalk to cheese, so keep saying what your opinions are in a caring and kind way , some will accept, some will reject, but keep on keeping on . xxxxx.

  5. If we change to appease another then we disappoint another…so what is the point…be who you are, know who you are and why you are and stand proud …that is the only way to live an honest life. Live it for yourself, it may be the only one you will ever get.

  6. Lovely and tenderly-enlightening share, Jackie. I enjoyed it very much. I found the following quote, online and want to share it with you, as it’s similar, in meaning, to what you blogged:

β€œIn order to have faith in his own path, he does not need to prove that someone else’s path is wrong.”
― Paulo Coelho, Warrior of the Light
