Sam – The not so bright Cat gets his revenge

I wrote about the brave cat Casper who visits my garden and chased away the Fox. Sam is his brother, although the colours are the same whilst Casper is stocky and muscly, Sam is wiry and a lot more lithe. He is perhaps the stupidest of my cat visitors. Last summer my husband turned the hose on him when he kept coming into the garden (just a fine mist spray) but he ran off only to come back again to be soaked time and time again, as I said not the brightest of cats. Sam is the cat that will find places to climb, he has been on the windowsill of the bathroom on many occasions, no one quite knows how he gets there. He has now found a way to get back at my husband. Our doorway has two sills either side of the door. He now sits there waiting for the door to be open. The fist time he did it my husband got a hugs miaaoww right in his face as he opened the door. I cannot write the tirade of abuse that my husband said but Sam ran off after the deed was done. He has since done it 4 or 5 times but I think the amusement has worn off. I’m sure he will be up to something else no good in the future. Do I laugh when he does it? oh yes I sure do. hehehe.
