My diabetes
For those who are interested, just spoke to my doctor and he’s advised me to return to 3 Metformin tabs a day and cut out bread and potatoes. The bread bit will be tough, but needs must.

Hey leaf, you got me worried when you said you felt light-headed. Regarding your diet I suggest you see a dietition. She can advised what you should and should not take and how much intake you needed with the carbohydrates. Have regular meals, a little and often. Take care.

Aww Paul. Cheer up & take care xxxx
\thanks for your comments 🙂
I have a daughter and two grandchildren with diabetes. They were advised to be careful with bread as it is a refined carbohydrate. Potatoes are not refined even though they are quite a high carbohydrate food.
