Being housebound and, 80% of my time sofa surfing, I spend a lot of ‘mindless’ time ! 😆 I do however totally agree that ‘mind over matter’ plays a HUGE part in how every individuals brain analyses and then copes with all the ailments his or her body suffers from.

Yeah so there’s definitely truth in the benefits of positive thinking which impacts on health and general wellbeing. It’s linked with the body’s immune system, so more of a preventative than a cure but can aid with healing as well.

The answer to that question @Tjay is never, at least not since I became a teenager. Just had one of those glorious perfect days. You can see by my face. Beach this morning, free hotel pool this afternoon. Actual swam 20 widths. A big thank you to the universe.
