So far so good. And again life moves on. Ive just booked my flight back to the Uk to visit my Mum at long last. 9th oct to 4th nov. So just a week to explore Tunisia alittle. Im very blessed that I want to be in two places at once but it is hard to be pulled in two directions at once. 💔

We completed a big voyage for us this week. 2 day sail from Malta to Tunisia (Northern Africa) My 93 year old Mum who has been her own ocean crosser until June this year when she had a serious fall breaking ribs and doing spinal damage. Found this video on facebook. The springer could be Wilson. He travels in the dingy in the same way every day just waiting to jump in. He has seen dolphins from the sail boat but knows he is not allowed to jump in from there and just barks. Interstingly he sees/hears/smells them before we do. We have never seen dolphins from the dingy. I wonder…

So I am in a new country and eating out, especially fried everything is very cheap. Also traditionally comes with never ending hot bread. 10 baguettes for £1 in local bakeries. I kid you not. I am also feeling like celebrating. So how to do this without over eating all the wrong stuff once more? Keep filling up with good stuff I guess.

Absolutely… ignore the bargain bread and continue to eat what’s best (sorry @scorpio just trying to help and be supportive 😂). Even in the UK we could easily be tempted by a reduced bargain item which is ultimately just junk but the trick is to walk past it! 😊

Great first day in Tunisia. Little sleep during 2 day voyage but running on adrenaline all day. Sailing went well. Check in was very in depth but fine. Both customs officers afraid of Wilson 😂🤣
