Stabil Freedom?
Is personal freedom more important than social stability?

In today’s political climate I sit and ponder about freedom as a basic human need, like air — or is it something societies create and grant? I believe we’re coming to a point where we all have to ask who is defining my freedom, and should I believe them just because ‘they’ tell me it is so.

I believe in personal freedom but I also believe is being caring and concerned about others in my close circle and a wider circle so I practice basic values that humans need to live in peace. In a marriage of any duration, I’d say that love and respect are very much part of the same thing; can’t have one without the other. Maybe, as time goes on, love changes into something more akin to respect? The concept of love is perhaps subjective and has changeable meaning or significance at different times.

In my opinion. Love is an emotion/feeling. When you are happy with someone and feel good in their company. When being with them makes the good things better and the bad things more bearable. Ovaries make the difference!
Bananas are berries, but strawberries are not. 🍌🍓
Botanically speaking, a berry must come from a single flower with one ovary—bananas qualify, while strawberries (with seeds on the outside) do not.
Hmmm…. Thinking about my favourite ovary induced berry. But i have a hard time looking at a banana as a berry.

No beach.
Wow, not really cold here, about -2c and not a lot of snow, but still enough to make driving and walking miserable. Supposed to go down to a very chilly -11c tonight. There’s time to do that I’m sure, during the warmer months obviously. I always look forward to that first pint sitting outside my local in the sunshine watching the world go by. It’s sometimes around the end of March but more likely April.
