Master Tonic Ingredients
1 part fresh chopped garlic cloves (antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral, antiparasitical)
1 part fresh chopped white onions, or the hottest onions available (similar properties to garlic)
1 part fresh grated ginger root (increases circulation to the extremities)
1 part fresh grated horseradish root (increases blood flow to the head)
1 part fresh chopped Cayenne peppers, Jalapenos, Serranos, Habeneros, African bird peppers….any combination of the hottest peppers available
Turmeric, ! tablespoon or one part fresh root
1 30 oz bottle of apple cider vinegar
Put all ingredients together and let sit for 15 minutes strain and put back in vinegar bottle. Keep in a dark place.
Take one tablespoon every few hours until feeling better. It will be hot so after each spoon full eat one wedge of an orange to stop and prevent any mouth burning.

Wow that one is one I wont be trying……bit too hot for me……..but I make some infused water with, Lemon, Lime, cucumber, orange and grated Ginger…….ginger is a good anti-inflammatory too……and the apple cider vinegar with Honey……lots of detoxing recipes around……..and even if nothing else it ensures you are getting enough fluids….

  2. I prepared the ingredients this morning. I used the food processor for the chopping, and also the grater attachment. The turmeric stains the white plastic and also hands yellow… Each ingredient in a 6 oz. custard cup, so the 5 ingredients totalled approx 30 oz. To that I added 32 oz. of raw apple cider vinegar. The vinegar was the most expensive part! It doesn’t look like enough vinegar so I’ll add a bit more. I searched online and found a 2-week soak would be better. I’ll report back in two weeks!
