This is an over 50’s site with a little leeway for someone almost 50. Its amazing but I know there are underagers here but to prove it is another thing. The same goes for people who have been banned or otherwise disposed of….they do sneak back in with new ID but Admins cant do much about it without proof. This is where the Members come in….in all fairness is it right that these people should intrude on YOUR comfort zone on Chatters and actually get away with it. You have paid for a safe over 50’s site yet youre getting people here who have no right to be here so it is up to you. Name them, copy and paste proof of who they are and don’t let up. You want a site for over 50’s it is up to you to make sure it stays that way as you are likely to be the one that any underager or banned person is going to confide in.
Tessa is right….they are here and they are bragging to some people about it to. That makes the people being bragged to as bad as the undesirables themselves. And yes…we do find them eventually and we quietly eject them. Sometimes I wonder if maybe we should make a big noise about these kind of people….does embarrassment really work on a chat site?
I think embarrassment would only be felt by innocent people unjustly accused faye, not the lot we are talking about at the moment.
There have to be plenty of young-ager sites out there. Why infiltrate a senior site?

Did you report lolo? Thats what scammer watch is for or tell an admin or monitor. Most are caught quickly. While we are in chat or anywhere on site, we are also watching the front page for scammers xxx

Yes, liars are difficult to measure up to.
I am blessed with a memory for the ‘spoken word’ but I have a problem with it that I only found out about a few years ago. Once I find out that someone is lieing to me, my body language gives off different reactions and liers sometimes found this to become their advantage point.
Today, now much older and wiser, I sometimes do not think twice when someone is telling me lies unless their new information is going to harm me or someone that I care about.
I have found that the worst kind of liars are the ones that try to create problems for me and my wife; there have been a lot of those but, I am pleased to say, that we no longer take any notice of such things and our lives seem to be the better for it.

I actually think it was much worse on the ‘old’ site for ‘underage’ than on this one since it changed, but then i’m not on this one as much, so maybe they have been ‘thrown’ out by the time i arrive lol!!!! always did miss out…sigh!!!! 😀 😀 😀
I agree with Faye, How you going to shame someone on a chat site? It’s simple, when you see someone who has “sneaked” in by any means just report them to Rob and cut/paste the name in shout box and let the powers that be deal with them. I personally don’t see this but then again I focus on the reason I come on and ignore the rest. Just my 2cents
