How I came to do Blogs.

I joined SC several years ago, the layout of the site was a far cry from what it is now. I really liked the site as it was, but everything changes with time. I used to just make friends on here and have a laugh. Firstly a friend and I discovered Shoutbox, and we really had some fun parties in there, with lots of chatters joining in. I then was sent a story and asked to put it into blogs.I had never done this before, but I used to write out by hand all the stories and jokes I was sent, sometimes writing until 2am in the mornings, I then came online and typed them all , as a two finger typist this took some time , I can tell you lol, But I really enjoyed it, and that was were I mostly spent my time, luckily for me a lot of chatters responded to them. The only other things I did was as I said Shoutbox and messaging another friend , she and I used to exchange many messages during each day.Now you know my story and here I am trying to do the blogs once more.

Thank you….Ann x

PS…I now know how to copy and paste lol

  1. Tania , I am so happy to see you back here in S.C. and sharing your stories again and you know I have been here since 2010 and I remember all the fun we had in the shoutbox and thank you for writing this blog and look forward to reading more of them from you. Your friend Marie 🙂

  2. Marie, I was on here way before 2010. I am not sure if you remember the first shoutbox we had, where we had, Beach parties ect. They did end with us all having to pick up Beer cans ect, Eddy was good on there. The other shoutbox with Shadow was really funny…I must say I enjoyed all of the posts on there, and we had some funny times. I am glad to be back, and after all this time we have remained friends, even on other sites, this one was always my favourite, as it was the place I first ever came online to.Thank you Marie.

  3. Well done Tania – The first thing I do now when I crank up my computer is to see what you doing today! I am planning more tales but will be a day or so as I am at present working on downloading the Massed Bands of The Guards Division – today it is the 1975 Tattoo at Wembley Arena. 500 plus musicians – see you soon!

    1. Thank you, Drummer. I look forward to you posting some tales on here! Enjoy the Tattoo, I love the bands. My hubby was in the army for 15 years, so we had some happy times in Germany, and I love all Military Bands.
