HELL
The clocked ticked loudly in the dead of the night, how many hours until daylight.
She had lain in her bed, In the depths of despair, why didn’t he love her, why didn’t he care.
Here as she lay, with pain in her heart, hoping tomorrow would bring a new start.
The morning did break, the pain was still there, the black hole within her, so deep and so bare.
How had this happened, what had gone wrong, a love gone forever, that once had been strong.
Had her eyes been wide open, she’d have noticed the signs, but love is so blind, one closes one’s mind.
Tis easier to live in a rose tinted world, than to face up to problems, and open up cares.
For a year they had loved, vowing never to part, how had this happened, how did it start.
All through the night these words played in her head, the answers were there, but filled her with dread.
The unanswered calls, the phone it just rang, the feeble excuses hit home with a bang.
The breakup was fast, just done by text, this man was a coward, who would he hurt next.
The pain she knew would slowly subside, the hurt would soon heal, with friends by her side,
A new day would come, and all would be well, but right at this moment on her thoughts she did dwell, and a lone voice was screaming,
” Get Me Out Of This Hell ”

throughout our lives we have all experienced it star, so sad, that it takes these things to happen to allow us to grow, and I might add do we ever get over the one we loved ? xxx
Good question Lani. xxx
From my experience I think we do get over it in time lani, but the love is never erased from the heart.
