As far as “giggle giggle” goes, ask a woman.
For the rest, yes they do, but different things mean more to some than others.
Ask around. I’m sure you’ll get a lot of different answers as to what really “matters”
Size matters, you need a proper fit and waylander, it matters to women and men.
If it has a size that means it matters, otherwise it is one size fits all.
