One of the problems with being my age is you look at everyone who is younger as children, and when everyone else around you is younger, it means you live in a universe of children. So you tend to scold more than is proper.

I posted a song in the Music group called “The Dark Island”. The song is about missing the place you call home. In the case of the song “The Dark island” is Benbecula.

I dont think I have a geographical home. Ive lived in many houses in various parts of the UK. They have all been home. But my home now is definitely my boat wherever it may be. This may sound like the musings of a romantic but my idea of ‘home’ is wherever my loved one is. Having said that, I wish it could also be anywhere with a sea view. 🤔 A posh apartment overlooking Bournemouth Bay would be nice – dream on ! 😆
