Conversation heard at my local park yesterday between a Park Warden and a young woman sunbathing topless:-
Warden:- Excuse me miss but you can’t take your top off and display yourself like that here.

I actually agree with her to an extent and there’s a long running debate about this. The fact is, we’ve made it sexual when in fact it doesn’t need to be, otherwise men wouldn’t be allowed to be topless either.
