I have just come back from my monthly “Big shop” at my local Tesco and I’m absolutely fuming.
This being 11th of the 11th just before 1100 hrs Tesco’s announced they would be observing the 2 minute silence and asked that all customers and staff join them.

Waylander, that is a beautiful way to celebrate 11, 11, 11. and I just learned that there are 3 11s to The remembrance. That is very nice of other nationals honoring the holiday. When I look at the world leaders I think that perhaps it is just as well some of my friends died when they did. If they were alive today they would be absolutely disgusted!

Polly and Way, My sentiments exactly, but it makes old age seem less of a problem. We all may need to fight for what we want again and hopefully without guns and invading other countries.😱
