My eldest daughter lives at the top of a mountain in the French Alps. Just had a new baby for her 40th birthday and they are in Hong Kong visiting her husbands family. Just had to share this picture of my little globe trotters. What a world we live in. ❤️

Talking of self help books. One of the best books on mindfulness Ive come accross. As a Psychiatric nurse and therapist I used this book for years. Personally I still use lots of the skills. If only we can stay in the here and now and keep our thought working in a positive way for us; it really is a beautiful world.

Apologies for not replying sooner Tjay, but I’ve only just read the above. 😊 I also used to enjoy non-fiction books but nowadays, any easy reading that can sometimes make me smile, is the order of the day. Its a dratted nuisance that I can no longer manage ‘real’ books with my ‘wonky’ hands so, long live Kindle. ☺
