Im sorry for never posting in this group but I dont think I really qualify. I dont think Im ever really wide awake. I sleep about 10 hours at night (with 5 staggers to loo) and if Im not busy ie if I sit down I nap.

Some years back, when my boys were little, we adopted a West Highland White terrier from a rescue centre. She had been rescued from a puppy farm and was reckoned to be about 6 years old and had had lord alone knows how many litters. The Centre told us that at best she’d last another 6 months.
