Well Im multi tasking again. Started the Outlander series online. But also reading the one below for when Ive no battery. And sometimes I just need a real book. Now I want to get on with some knitting Bob hats for my Grand daughter. I do like an audio book for that. Kinda know thats taking it too far. 😳

Well I have been doing my best re health and fitness but I think the season wins from today. I have a mince pie and mulled wine evening and that seems to start several days of eating and drinking. The weather is also not calling me out to play. Very wet and windy here. I also have a month away from mid January. 2 weeks with my daughter…

I’m on your page. Most of my life I have suffered with an inability to waste anything unnecessarily, i.e. throw away what is still good – food or otherwise. So I’d eat leftovers rather than have them go in the bin. Christmas was a particular problem because of the abundance of food. Dj. I appreciate your honest and very wise words and we can all benefit from them. Eating and drinking is like our bank accounts, we can only spend it once, so debt and payback comes. I try to be very selective and have learned not to like most of the food served or to choose what I like best. I still am overdoing a bit but did enjoy it all.…
