A very good book. Despite the distractions of life and online reading including audio. Its hung in there in the background. Taken me over a month to finish. Unheard of for me. I can read a book a day if life lets me.

Our health system cannot be trusted. They like to rack up big profits. It can be confusing but junk food and processed food is bad for us. A bit os wine or beer may be okay.
