I agree and you certainly have a good plan going. I think that most normal diets give people everything they need. In this country we are fed junk food and then supplements and prescriptions are needed.

Just touching base. Finding life and tech in particular very challenging at the moment. So nearly 6 weeks into eating speed foods. And timing meals for 12 lunchtime and 6/7pm. Lost 1/2 stone in first 3 weeks. Now no scales, so 2” off our belly fat, both Husband and I in the second 3 weeks. Well pleased and feeling quite energised. But now its that keeping it up. I could well be feeling as motivated as you, certainly seems so, and that’s a really great thing especially heading into Autumn here in the UK.
