Hi Ruth, really interested in your observation, do you feel it has changed for better or for worse and in what way?  I can see that you are a veteran chatter of about six years, I haven’t yet reached 6 months which is nowhere near long enough to discern a long term trend either way but there has been an undercurrent of criticism lately.
