A Monday hello at 2:15 CDT zone in Chicago Metro. My weather is high 87 and low 72 with clouds and thunderstorms. I am having a slow day with nothing significant happening.I let my computer battery run down and I had to remember my password, which I finally did. I need a better management system for passwords. Rose like you Monday photo’s. I have my passwords written down on index card’s that are on a metal spiral. Where do you have your passwords? Hope you are having a nice Monday as it is been cloudy here today and is is only 69F outside this afternoon.

A Sunday hello to everyone. My weather is humid and warm, and uncomfortable outside. High 86F and low 70F. My electricity went off last night at about 8pm so I had nothing to do except go to sleep. A Saturday hello to everyone one at 7:40 CDT zone in Chicago Metro. My weather is very hot today and I need to get out early or not at all. High 94F and low 74F with thunderstorms. It will cool down tomorrow and my church is having a yard sale but I am not selling anything. I am doing some laundry. Hugs and good wishes to everyone.

94f is 34-35°C which is a bit hotter than we’ve seen here in the UK, although I think one or two cities may have barely scraped up to that on the hottest day of the year so far.

A happy Friday to everyone at 2:30 pm. CDT zone . My weather is hot, high 92 and low 76F with chance of showers. I was very busy yesterday, with a meeting and dress and food shopping. A Tuesday evening Hello at 3:50pm CDT zone, Chicago Metro. I am having a thundery storm right now. My temp is 82F, high 88F and low 71F. I cleaned out the inside of my car, and trunk finally. A Friday Hello at 5:30 am CDT zone In Chicago Metro. I am back in the heat again. Today the high will be 91F and low of 74F with clear sunny skies and the air quality is much better, 61 AQ. The humidity is 88%. Hot humid summers are normal here. I am going out today. Hugs and good wishes

I need to mention that before starting an exercise plan or a big diet change you need to talk with your doctor. Usually healthy younger people can make a lot of changes but people who are on medications, or with health issues and older people have to be much more cautious. I also believe people need to be cautious about the medicines they take…

Regarding a healthy diet @roseinbloom I’m in total agreement that it goes a very long way in promoting a healthy body but otherwise we must agree to differ. I honestly do NOT believe that the body can heal itself. It cannot restore bone to ruined knees neither can it restore sanity to a damaged mind without the aid of medical intervention.
