@roseinbloom As always I am impressed with your constant efforts to eat healthily. Im sure sugar and carbohydrates are a big part of weight gain. However they are also a big provider of comfort foods. There in lies the problem. 😱

I cut out sugar for Keto a few years back and haven’t touched it since, except for what’s included already in food that is bought. But although not following Keto at this precise moment, I’m cutting carbs and sugary things right down to a minimum again from this week. Sounds similar in some ways to this idea of yours Rose.
