We used to have a good union but I’m afraid when Margaret Thatcher was Prime minister she ruined the unions when she brought the miners to their knees and starved them back to work,now theirs so many rules the unions have one arm behind their back.

It sounds a bit crazy but I bought 10 pounds of old fashioned oatmeal because I could not find a sugar free cereal. Now, I am looking for more recipes with oatmeal. I cooked oatmeal this morning and poured Premier protein over it and it makes it quite sweet. Oatmeal is very healthy and can be used in many ways. I may add my Oatmeal pancake recipe again.

I use alot of oats. Just soaked overnight in a fruit purree or yoghurt makes a great breakfast with some fresh fruit or yoghurt. Will be staying with my new eat yourself healthy eating plan.
