A Tuesday morning HELLO ay 7:50 am. My weather is summery and lots of sun, high 85F and Low 63F. I did my hair color and style so that is a happy start to my day. Tjay, we need the exercise but we need and active lifestyle, But I have had some physical problems, recently. I have a tracker that check zone minutes and two hours is doable. Focused exercise is good and i like my dancersize early. Doing what works for you is what you will be able to do. I volunteer at church and that helps keep me busy…
