I just discovered the wonderful food, buckwheat and I find it easier and more versatil than Oatmeal. It is easy to cook, just put it in water and boil for 15 minutes and it turns out perfectly. Love it @roseinbloom . Im busy sanding and painting my boats bottom. So thats my exercise for this week anyway. Also walking to the toilet which is a whole 2 minute walk away. With my bladder, I will have done a marathon by the end of the week. ♥️
