I got my fitness report yesterday and I averaged over a mile a day, and more sleep and zone minutes, but I was still exhausted, so am I just out of shape, or do I just need more rest? I know the lifting and toting muscles needed a rest in between. My body definitely wants to slow down. I am becoming one of the oldest persons on this site. I…

It is Monday, 5:15am and I am choosing to go out shopping at 7am to get exercise and sunshine. I am working on sleeping habits and activity and sunlight and a schedule helps everything. My sleep schedule had gotten pretty crazy. I have to miss the late shows because my best bedtime is before 10pm. The stores are easier in the early hours. Have…

A Sunday morning Hello 6:13am in Chicago metro. I feel good but still drained from my big tart production and my big Gala event. The weather was great and I was told the Gala Fundraising was a big success and it was spectacular. I tried to upload photos from my phone and could not so I have to work on that. All my busyness feels like I ran…

Well after being reminded about Gypsy Tarts (I know I did that myself) I will definitely have to make a point of buying one the next time I visit Kent, and I’ll post a pic on SC if it too. Could be some weeks away yet but I will do it.

A Friday welcome to all the new people. I am busy baking 150 tarts, but I usually show up on SC site daily. I have been on SC chatters for 13 years and it has been here for me for the good times and the not so good times. It was fun from the beginning but in times it feels more like one big family. Hugs and good wishes.
