Yes it is more important. Unfortunately in the UK it’s getting more and more difficult though, and nothing whatsoever to do with our age. That’s pretty much why I try to stay safe and well as much as I can do.

Yes it is so important. And so many different ‘bits’ start malfunctioning. I think the 3 of us are all working very hard to stay as healthy as possible. It appears each different country has its problems.

A Wednesday hello at 11:15. My weather is splendid, sunny, high 76, Low 60F. I was out all morning and had a cup of coffee and let the sun shine on me while waiting for the bank to open at 10am. I’m out and about – wearing shorts – which is a nice surprise, and popped to a new supermarket (new for me) which supposedly has the nicest non mainstream brand of instant coffee, so from tomorrow I’ll be enjoying that 👍

I would be happy to co lead this group and I am in a USA time zone. Welcome to new members. When I joned 13 years ago, I loved all the groups and joined many of them. Later, I learned if there was not a group that I needed, it was easy to start a new group and so I have and started two more. Hugs to new members.

I think a clincher for many members here is that they don’t very often have to set an alarm anymore. I always found it amazing how much better I slept (and easier I got to sleep) with the knowledge there’s no alarm and no compulsory wake up time.

@roseinbloom Interesting article but a bit challenging. So many areas to look at. But on the whole I am blessed with getting plenty of sleep. Considering I break most of the rules re ‘routine’ and have been a shift worker most of my adult life. My sleep can be disturbed but I agree with @dj since I retired. Its not a problem.
