Well I won’t deny there’s a nice warming effect to some alcoholic drinks. Can be a nice warm fuzzy feeling in fact, which sounds perfect for curling up with indoors, while the weather is so cold there.

Friday High Minus 3F Degrees
A friday Hello to everyone at 7 am CST zone. The High today is Minus 3F, and the low is Minus 9F. I do not plan to go out. Rose at my age I don’t know if I could cope with those kinds of temperatures, I guess you can aclimatise to some degree but wouldn’t like to try. Please stay warm and have a pleasant day.

Its knowing your own body. I know the first sign with me is swollen glands. Out come the suppliments, Echinacea, VitC, Dequadin, MultiVits/Minerals, Hot ginger n lemon tea with honey. You cant be sure anything that says its ‘organic’ is organic. What is Organic anyway? Organic bananas vs bananas? Seriously???
