Lunch With Group
I feel free of cold symptoms and may go out to lunch. I cannot stay inside since it is going to be very cold for the next two weeks. I plan to walk the 1/2 mile there and back. I have a puffy coat that covers everything but my face. I think I will be okay.

Then I read that all meat will raise sodium levels in the blood. I can’t explain the chemistry but I can believe it. It may be a reason so many people have high blood pressure.…

It really is a minefield out there. Whatever else you do though, eating less and moving more are key factors for improving life expectancy and drinking more water is especially good too. All of the above helps flush out all kinds of toxins.
