Doctors established, after his death, that Robin Williams had been suffering from LBD (Lewy Body Dementia). A brutal disease which may well have played a huge part in this talented man’s decision to end his own life.

My fitness report for today, four days since I began this time, I did a 15 minute workout and am happy to report that I felt better and more energetic all day. This is my goal, to get more energy instead of exhausting myself for the day. Seriously.
