        • A happy Monday morning from Chicagoland CDT zone. My weather high 75F and low 51F with rain and showers. I am planning to stay home today. I am working on my fitness assessments then I will see what progress I can make. I made oatmeal pancakes and a pan of stirfried veggies this morning. I am revving up my health goal.

        • I did another fitness test. I jogged in place 4.5 ,imutes and 600 steps. I want to reach a goal of 10 minutes. I vision is to do a small marathon. I will do the shortest one I find. Two or three miles will be a good start.🥇

            Back in the 80s there was a thing going on called Popmobility which I already mentioned elsewhere. ONJ has a hit song called Physical and there were fitness classes moving to this tune and other similar beats. I reckon I could do a sort of homebrew version of that.

        • I did my fitness test and I did well but I didn’t do but one two minute endurance test so I need a better aerobic endurance test. I am not a bit athletic and don’t like physical work, but I do some anyway and I need to do better.😓
