A happy Tuesday to everyone from Chicagoland CDT zone at 5:50 am. The sun is already shinning brightly and high 70F, low 55F. All perfect enough for me. We may have thunderstorms later today. I need to buy some blooming plants today. Then I will play nursemaid to them all summer. Hugs and good wishes to everyone.

A happy Sunday morning from Chicagoland CDT zone at 6:30 am. My weather is cloudy with thunderstorms midday so I need an umbrella. I saw a lot of cicadas yesterday, but I don’t think they will get to the fourth floor to eat my plants since I have no trees close enough for them to fall from.

i sometimes get the same problem Rose. Sometimes when i click on ‘share something with the group’ it comes up with my previous post and i have to discard it before writing something else. It doesn’t happen ALL the time – just now and then, so i accept ot for what it is. Enjoy you day 😀

I was working on my balcony and smelled a very heavy smoke and felt it in my lungs. I think the smoke is from wildfires in Canada and our air quality is reported as moderate and it certainly isn’t. I am shocked by this. It is 4:20 pm CDT zone. 😱😭

You have to be careful inhaling smoke from fires. In Oregon when we had a bad fire near us it made my little dog Jojo and me very sick.
