I did my tests and got the very best results possible. I Had nice people working with me, but it is still painful. I thought about taking ibuprofen, then forgot. I will next time. Glad that is over and I am very relieved.☺😃

The thing about pain meds is that it’s very easy to forget them all the while you’re not feeling pain, but by the time they wear off and you realise you’re an hour late to keep up with the dosage, you sometimes end up missing one out completely 😄

A happy Sunday morning from Chicgoland CDT zone. My weather is almost perfect, sunny, high 76. My big project so far today was getting a childproof lid off and finding another lid that fit. My CBD oil has a new pretty flip top lid and my lemon juice has a foil lid. I hate child proof lids. Hugs and good wishes to everyone.

I watched a very interesting Netflix movie based on a true incident, Ashley Madison, Sex, Lies and Scandel about a wbsite for people wanting to have affairs. The website was hacked and all the information was made public and some very famous people were in the group and several people committed suicide. People may need to watch this to learn a lot.

Wow! Well I haven’t seen it but it goes to show how widespread it is. I’m not really surprised either. In my 40+ years of working I have seen and heard plenty to suggest it’s actually very common and only becomes a problem if it leaks out. Perfect example in a much smaller scale why I’m forever warning members to not give out email to new members that have just joined or even paid immediately when they registered. Doesn’t mater if you delete your messages they still have the info they need. But members don’t seem to worry that it can all be made public. With your profile pic… Read more
