My fitbitsays I got 94 zone minutes and burned 190 caloies. I am learning more about how to work with my fitbit watch. I got most of my mopping done and a few chores. I only got 532 steps so steps is only one way to exercise. I need to connect my fitbit watch to my fitbit app. I get motivation and a kick doing this.

Rose, I like your Wednesday photo. I water my geraniums once a week is enough . I would not think you would have to water your plants that much each day. When you are in constant pain from chronic illnesses, it is very hard to keep your body in good health, especially as you get older. I walked, exercised for years, and now I can’t even walk to my back door without becoming breathless due to no fault of mine 😫
