I am not in perfect shape nor am I credentialed in health or fitness but I have managed to stay functional with my lifetime with arthritis and have little help from doctors. Today, my legs were very tired and my knees were not as strong. I did too little of something and or too much of something. I have never been good at consistency. I am not good at starting slowly either. Exercise, it can seem like you cannot live with it or without it but so far I am in good shape for the shape I am in. LOL 😫
