I dont even have cooking oil in the house. Not deep frying. I cook chicken straight on a tray in the oven. Same with chips.

That’s the healthiest way which is the I’ve been doing lately. I’m on the Mounjaro and it has kept my blood sugar in perfect range and I’ve gone from 169 lbs to 134. Weighed today at the Drs office and I’m so happyyyy!!

Well, I spent my afternoon baking and cooking for my daughters birthday. She always wants the same thing every year. Fried chicken and a runny cake. Im tired out now. No it’s a creation my husband came up with yrs back. Bake your cake, leave in the dish. Poke holes all over. Add just a little frosting, top with choc pudding, then vanilla pudding, top it all with lots of cool whip. Hers was chocolate cake but can go with any flavor .
