There is a lot of truth in your comment, John. If I find myself worrying about something, I often try to calm myself down with deep breaths because it does take a toll on your body.

Good morning all, warmer with a little blue sky here. Out for lunch today with my my sister and her hubby together with my niece and her hubby. Lovely country pub, fabulous food and real beer, yes, paradise.

Not the weather I’m afraid. I’m just tearing around like a crazy thing getting the house half respectable for when my daughter arrives. I love her so much, she’s my Princess even now she’s 52 but OMG her house is always so immaculate. But I have an excuse, a dog and four cats😉.
