In our garden today we found 2 or 3 palm trees about 15 ft / 5M tall behind some conifers

The second knife has ferocious teeth that looked like it could cut a tree down,it just skidded off the celeriac making me feel like someone trying to peel a bowling ball using a banana!

I wanted to peel celeriac, The first new Knife stuck in, giving me a vegetable with a strong handle. At this point I am thinking of collecting any peel I do remove to make a bullet proof vest.
