Carey, Dry Plates
I am a lifelong avocational and semi-professional photographer. These images of a professional model are from a session shooting handmade dry glass plates rather than film or digits. The camera I used here was one of my old favorites, made in Germany in the mid 1930s.

Greetings new photo friends. My name is Dan. I live in the USA. I got my first camera (an original Brownie box) for my fourth birthday in 1949. I have owned and used cameras all my life. I exhibit my work locally. I am strictly a hobbyist, but a serious, lifelong hobbyist.
